This Privacy Policy explains how Football: Be Winner (the “App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you play our penalty arcade game on iOS. We built the App to be fun first and quiet about data. In short: we don’t run accounts, we don’t sell data, and the personal content you add stays on your iPhone or iPad.
The App is designed to work without you creating an account or handing over personal details. The only information involved is:
Camera & Photos. The App asks for camera and photo library access only when you choose to create or update your player card. Your photo is used solely as your in-game avatar and is stored locally on your device. We never upload it, and you can remove it any time.
Your nickname, avatar photo, scores, medals and purchases are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage. They are not transmitted to us and are not linked to your identity.
When you tap Reset Progress in Settings, or delete the App, this locally stored data is erased from your device.
At launch the App performs a single request to load matchday content used to build features such as the world league table. This request downloads content to your device; it does not send your personal information, photos, or player card. The response is cached on your device so the App can start instantly next time, and you can re-fetch it manually from Settings → Refresh Data.
iOS will ask your permission before the App can access the following. You may grant or deny each, and change your choice at any time in iOS Settings → Football: Be Winner.
Camera Photo Library
Denying these permissions only disables the optional player-card photo feature — the rest of the game plays normally.
The App is a general-audience arcade game and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because game data stays on the device and no account is created, no personal data is gathered from any user, including children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
